Even if you're not into Halloween, this new range from Making Memories, Spellbound, has great papers for everyday grungy boy type projects, or my Amber's birthday card. The spiderweb paper & tiny Goth alpha stickers are my faves.
I've just finished putting away the 3 new Basic Grey ranges - Ambrosia, Eva & Offbeat. Some very nice papers there. I've also got a parcel of new chipboard shapes from Collections - loving the tiny houses & birds. Then after that, I think the box from Kaiser will have their new stamps that we've had on backorder. Best get back to work now.
Jenny's 6 Page Layout is running twice this month, first on Sunday, September 14th at 10:30am, then repeating on Tuesday 16th at 10am. Use "flip" album refills to make a 6 page layout that fits in a 2 page layout space.
Looking for some unique artwork for your wall. How about a canvas? Jini's class on Saturday 13th at 9am will have you decorating your own 12" canvas with paint, acetate & stamps.
Jenny's class on Tuesday 2nd features 3 single pages on a round base.
The September newsletter has been emailed out, and envelopes have been stuffed & stamped, ready to be sent off this evening. Our first class in September is on Monday 1st, at 10am, with Robyn Albury, and features a charm bracelet adorned with photos & gems.
Followed by B Creative with B Line Designs, with Vanessa, featuring some of the classic stamps by B Line Designs. This class is also on Sunday 31st, at 12:30pm.
A couple of card classes, to start with. First up is Touchy Feely Cards with Kathy Holden, to be held on Sunday August 31st, at 10am.
We've just unpacked a box of new Pink Paislee. I've only had a very fast peek, as I am supposed to stay in the office until I've finished the newsletter, but the glimpse I did get of rubons, papers, diecuts & stamps looks very tempting.
I've just unpacked our latest order from Kaiser, 3 boxes of brand new for August papers & off-the-page pieces. And in my office are 2 boxes of Autumn Leaves papers & embellishments, which I shall do my best to price before I leave today.
Linda "I'm never making a mini album" bought along her just finished very first ever mini album to our Friday night crop last week. Yay Linda! A fabulous job.
A reminder that we're not taking any Ekka days off, and the shop will stay open normal hours all this week.
I mentioned on Friday that we had new Bo Bunny Christmas paper in. The elves have been busy over the weekend, and come up with some gorgeous little bits 'n' pieces from it.

Robyn's class this Saturday (11:30am) features a mini booklet on a page, holding a selection of photos. Robyn's page is very oriental, featuring photos from her Japanese travels. It would be easy to adapt the basic plan of the booklet to fit your photo themes. Definitely makes your page something out of the ordinary.

Guess what we'll be doing over the next couple of days. Yep, we'll be packing up gazillions of flowers, all different sizes & colours. Hooray!
